Nurses’ Attitudes and Preferences towards usage of Electronic Medical Records

Electronic Medical records document the treatment plan and patient care. This study intends to identify trained nurses' reception toward using EMR in wards. A non-experimental cross-sectional survey covered multi-discipline area. stratified random sampling method which population this research consisted of n= 138 nurses. Results found that nurses tended data at nurse's station compared bedside entry. It's also shown demographics variable significantly correlated with attitude domains. Hence results, it is envisaged benefit organization hopefully can become catalyst for Ministry Health further improving elevating system throughout all hospitals Malaysia.
